2. The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Dhamtari from the description of respondent No.4 during the course of the day. The other description of respondent No.4 shall remain as it is.

3. The petitioner has moved the representation- Annexure P/2 before the Municipal Corporation, Dhamtari, who is not finalising the proceedings under Section 307 of the Nagar Palika Adhiniyam, 1956.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation would submit that the representation preferred by the petitioner shall be decided in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
