1. Learned Additional Advocate General shall place before the Court an order passed by the State Government on 12.02.2019, withdrawing the scheme for reconstitution of District Cooperative Central Banks in the State vide Government's letter dated 3.10.2018.

2. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous. It is accordingly, disposed of.

3. A copy of the State Government's letter dated 12-2-2019 be retained in the record.
