1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been subjected to transfer from Patwari Halka No. 3, Belbahra, Tahsil Khadgawan to Tahsil Bharatpur in mid-academic session which is liable to be set aside as his daughter is studying in the local school and cannot change schools till

the entire academic year is over, therefore, petitioner may be allowed to make representation for the same to the Collector, Koriya.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Be that as it may, since the prayer made by the petitioner is fair and reasonable, he is allowed to make representation before the Collector, Koriya for staying his transfer till the completion of this academic session, which will be considered and decided by the Collector, Koriya strictly in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of filing of the representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is further ordered that the impugned order dated 17/11/2021 (Annexure P/1) transferring the petitioner from Tahsil Khadgawan to Tahsil Bharatpur shall remain stayed for four weeks.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
