1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 05.09.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Durg to Rajnandgaon.

2. The only grievance, which the petitioner is sought, is that the petitioner has got only about 18 months of service left for superannuation and in addition the petitioner has got a widowed mother aged more than 80 years and at this stage would be more inconvenient for the petitioner for leaving the mother to join the transferred place.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days from today in addition to any representation

which the petitioner has already made and an appropriate decision be taken by the respondent No.1 objectively within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
