1. Heard.

2. Challenge in this petition is to the grant of tender to respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the respondents No.3 - 5 were not having the requisite license to participate in the tender process, however, they were granted the tender and the work order was issued to them. He further submits that with respect to this certain communications were made to the different higher officials and a committee was constituted vide letter dated 06.09.2018 which is placed on record, however, the committee still has not concluded their part of obligation despite the order whereby they were directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of one week.

In view of such submission made and the perusal of the letter dated 06.09.2018, which is filed herein, it appears that the committee was constituted, therefore, in all fairness the committee is expected to give its finding within a reasonable time. Under the circumstances it is directed that if the enquiry has not been completed pursuant to the letter dated 06.09.2018, the committee shall conclude the proceedings within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order and shall communicate the same to the petitioner forthwith.
