1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 05.10.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Berla, District Bemetara to Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa.

2. The primary ground of challenge in the present writ petition is ill-health of the daughter of the petitioner who is suffering from Sickle Cell Disease and undergoing treatment at hospital at Raipur.

3. Let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard, which the authorities concerned in turn shall consider objectively and sympathetically considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case.
