After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal against the order of suspension and further prays that the appellate authority may be directed to pass an appropriate order at the earliest on the said appeal.

Given the aforesaid submission by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if he chooses to prefer an appeal and on the said appeal being made, the appellate authority shall decide the same within a period stipulated under the rules.
