1. PUD has been received from the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Baloda Bazar, Chhattisgarh, requesting for extension of time of 2 months to conclude the trial in S.T No.23/2018.

2. In the order passed by this Court in MCRC No.7353/2018 & 7381/2018 vide order dated 15.3.2019 in which direction was issued to the concerned Court to conclude the trial preferably and practicably within a period of 6 months. Presiding Officer of the concerned Court has made a prayer to extend the time for 2 more months.

3. Considered on the grounds mentioned in the PUD, the time is

Page No.2 extended for two months further for disposal of the case concerned from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
