1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the services of the petitioner have been transferred from Halka No.30, Tahsil Dabhra to Patwari Halka No.24 Tanaud, Tahsil-Pamgarh, whereas his wife is working at Tahsil Dabhra and for which, he has made a representation to respondent No.2, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's representation within two weeks from today. For the period of two weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. It is made

clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.

3. With the aforesaid direction / observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
