1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Ghatgaon, Rajpur to Bata, Kusmi.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner substantively is a Teacher (LB), but she has been shown as Assistant Teacher (LB) in the order of transfer.

3. The fact that the petitioner has been transferred to a very short close-by area, this court does not intend to interfere with the said transfer order. However, it is made clear that subject to verification of fact, if the petitioner is substantively a Teacher (LB), the respondents are directed to ensure that the petitioner is assigned the duties and salary and other benefits

-2attached to the post of Teacher (LB). The petitioner would not be posted against the post of Assistant Teacher (LB).

4. The petitioner, against the order of transfer has already made a representation to the authorities concerned. The respondent authorities would be free to decide the same in accordance with policy of the State Govt. at the earliest.
