1. The petitioner is presently working as a Teacher Panchayat at the Govt. Middle School, Somnapur, Block Pandariya. The grievance of the petitioner is that on completion of 7 years of service, he is entitled for the Time Bond Pay Scale payable to a government teacher in accordance with the circulars prevailing.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that initially he was working under the respondent No.2 and subsequently he has been transferred under the respondent No.3. He further submits that the petitioner has not been paid the Time Bond Pay Scale only on account of non-availability of the ACRs with the competent authority.
3. Given the aforesaid nature of dispute, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of Time Bond Pay Scale and the respondents No.2 & 3 in turn on scrutiny of the required documents and the service records of the petitioner would take an appropriate decision in this regard within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order.
4. Let the petitioner bring the order of this Court to the notice of the respondents No.2 & 3 supported with all relevant documents, so far as his claim for Time Bond Pay Scale is concerned.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
