The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification in the 30.10.2018 cause title of the order dated 20.08.2018 passed in WPS No. 5328 of 2018.
Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the mistake was crept on the part of the applicant in the course of preparing the writ petition in as much as the place of posting of the petitioner as well as the respondent no.3 in the cause title of the writ petition has been wrongly reflected. According to the petitioner, the place of posting of the petitioner should have been Govt. Middle School, Kotradipa, Block Raigarh, District Raigarh in stead of Govt. Middle School, Kotradipa, Block Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapar. Similarly, respondent no.3 should have been Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raigarh, District Raigarh in stead of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara, District Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara. Thus, prays for correction of the same.
The said request for modification has not been opposed by the State counsel.
Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The petitioner is directed to approach the Registry of this court and ensure that the necessary correction in the cause title of the writ petition is carried out within a period of two days. The order dated 20.08.2018 passed in WPS No. 5328 of 2018 stands modified to the extant that in the cause title where the posting has been mentioned as Govt. Middle School, Kotradipa, Block Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapar now it would be read as "Govt. Middle School, Kotradipa, Block Raigarh, District Raigarh". Similarly, respondent no.3 now would be read as "Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raigarh, District Raigarh" in stead of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara, District Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara.
Let the order passed in the present MCC be made part of WPS No. 5328 of 2018.
