1. The present MCC has been filed seeking correction in the cause to the extent that in the cause title the status of the petitioner has been shown as son of Ashish Kaushik, whereas it ought to had been wife of Ashish Kaushik.

2. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the contents of the MCC, this Court is of the opinion that strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out. Accordingly in the order dated 08.02.2018 in WPS No. 1291/2018 instead of Smt. Puneeta Kaushik, son of Ashish Kaushik, it should be read as Smt. Puneeta Kaushik, wife of Ashish Kaushik.

3. The MCC accordingly stands allowed and disposed off.

4. Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of the WPS No. 1291/2018.
