2. The petitioner claims to have been ensured for any damage to the crop sown by him, however, despite report submitted by the Revenue Department of the concerned village, the issue concerning payment of crop insurance claim by way of compensation to the petitioner has not been decided.

3. Let the petitioner move a representation before the Collector, Mahasamund within a period of one month from today along with a certified copy of this order. The said Collector shall thereafter decide the petitioner's representation for grant of crop insurance claim within a further period of 6 weeks.
