1. The limited contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Simga to Balodabazar vide Annexure P-1 dated 12.07.2019. According to the petitioner, he has already complied with the order and has given his joining at the transferred place. According to the petitioner, he has been substituted by one Taplal Netam who has come from Balodabazar to Simga. That both the persons have

already moved application for a mutual transfer and the application is pending consideration before the authority concerned. According to the petitioner, the said Taplal has also moved an application for mutual transfer after giving his joining at Simga.

2. Given the fact that the petitioner's application for mutual transfer is pending consideration, without expressing anything on the merits of the said application, the writ petition stands disposed of for the respondents to take a decision on the said application at the earliest in accordance to law.
