1. It is contended that on a complaint made by the petitioner that the lands bearing Khasra No. 368 and 426 situated at Village Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh are government lands and had been encroached by few of the persons, the Tehsildar on the basis of such complaint made an enquiry and passed order dated 03.05.2019 for removal of such encroachment from the government lands. It is further stated that though the order was passed, however, the encroachment are still not have been removed. It is further contended that the petitioner had made an application to the Collector, Raigarh vide Annexure P-2 dated 26.07.2019 and the same is not looked into.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
documents.
3. Perusal of the order of the Tehsildar shows that ejectment order was passed in respect of certain lands which was held to be government lands. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said order was not carried out. Considering the fact, that the application has already been made by the petitioner to the Collector, Raigarh, the Collector is directed to look into the matter and thereafter shall take the necessary steps within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 5.
