respondent no.2 ought to have been the Director, Directorate of Health Services, inadvertently it has been got typed as Director, Directorate of Medical Education.

The oral prayer is not opposed.

Let the petitioner carry out necessary correction during the course of the day.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the order of promotion which was issued on 13.04.2016 whereby respondent no.6 though was junior to the petitioner has been granted promotion. The petitioner in this regard has already made a detailed representation to the authority concerned vide letter dated 13.04.2016 and the grievance of the petitioner was also forwarded by the Joint Director to the Director Health Services on 18.04.2016. The petitioner has made repeated representations which till date have not been considered. 5.

Given the nature of dispute, let the petitioner file a fresh representation to respondent no.2 in addition to all the representations till now which she has made supported with all relevant documents to respondent no.2 who in turn shall consider the claim of the petitioner on its own merit in accordance with the rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of fresh representation of the petitioner.
