1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.4/2016, registered in Police Station Nagarnar, District Bastar for offence under Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act.

2. Even though co-accused Shravan Kumar has been allowed bail by the coordinate Bench in MCrC No.3225/2018, but the fact remains that this Court has denied bail to one of the co-accused in MCrC No.6569/2018 decided on 25.9.2018, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

3. The IO has not yet been examined despite observation made by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.6569/2018.
