1. Office objection is over-ruled.

2. This is the third bail application filed by the applicants under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for releasing them on regular trial in connection with Crime No. 153/2017 registered at police station Keshkal, District Kondagaon for offence punishable under Section 20 B of the NDPS Act.

3. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 31/10/2018 and second bail application was rejected finding no merit vide order dated 08/03/2019.

4. Mr. Shobhit Koshta, learned counsel for the applicant submits that six witnesses have been examined and they have not deposed against the applicant.

5. I have heard learned counsel for the applicant at length.

6. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the case and further taking into account that 101.21 kgs of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the applicant, I do not consider it a fit case to release the applicants on bail.

7. Accordingly, this third bail application of the applicants is dismissed finding no merit.
