Shri D. Wankhede, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 12.10.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 04.10.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred from North Bastar Kanker to Sonhat, District Koria. 2.

Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had joined the present place of posting barely 8 months ago on 01.02.2018 and

by the impugned order, the petitioner has again been transferred to a different place.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer within a short span of time, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to respondent no.1 within a period of 10 days from today and in turn the respondent no.1 shall consider the same on its merit and pass a suitable order within a further period of 3 months thereafter. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Certified copy today.
