Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development which has taken place, at this stage the petitioner do not want to press this petition and he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition, however, liberty may be reserved in favour of the petitioner that in future if the cause of action arises, the petitioner may be allowed to file writ petition.

Prayer is allowed.

As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
