1. Learned counsel for applicant submits that offence under Section 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Cast/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is also registered against applicant and as per provisions of Section 14(A) of the Act of 1989, appeal would lie against the impugned order. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file appeal under Section 14(A) of the Act of 1989. He also prays that Registry may be directed to return back certified copy of impugned order (Annexures A/1).

2. In view of above, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
