Aggrieved by the non-response of the respondent No.3 to the application filed by the petitioner on 23.03.2015, praying for payment of compensation for the property, which has been acquired by the respondents for widening of road.

Although the petition has been under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as there is no order, which is under challenge in this petition, however, for the reason that the petitioner has a grievance, which has not been redressed since the date he has filed application before the respondent No.3. Therefore, the petition is disposed off with following direction :-
Page No.2 (i) The respondent No.3 is directed to give fair consideration on the application filed by the petitioner on 23.03.2015 praying for payment of compensation for his property, which is acquired for widening of road and pass order within a period of three months after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 3.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
