1. Heard.

2. At the outset counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that land acquisition award has been passed in favour of the petitioner on 30/03/2017 and total compensation amount of Rs.3,25,623/-, petitioner has been paid an amount of Rs.1,75,099/- by way of cheque.

3. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner raised an objetion that what has been paid to the petitioner is not proper compensation and the petitioner was entitled to more than what has been paid award, this issue can not be gone into in contempt petition because no amount has been fixed, therefore, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The contempt petition is

accordingly finally disposed off. The rule is discharged.

4. Petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in case if he aggrieved with the quantum compensation.
