1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order AnnexureP/1 dated 31.08.2019, whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Dondilohara to Dantewara.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, since the petitioner is being transferred from the services under the Nagar Panchayat to the Nagar Palika Parishad, the seniority of the petitioner would get adversely affected.

3. Let the petitioner make a representation in this regard within 10 days which shall be duly verified by the Respondent No. 01 as to whether the seniority of the petitioner would get adversely affected or whether the services of the petitioner is going to get adversely affected and subject to verification of the fact, an appropriate order be passed

-2within a further period of 30 days; so far as the petitioner is concerned.

4. Till the order is passed by the Respondent No. 01, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order.
