The petitioner has filed this writ petition against notice dated 22/11/2021 by which, the petitioner has been asked to show cause as to why excess amount released to the petitioner towards GPF be not recovered from him.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may file reply explaining that he is not

liable to pay the amount sought to be recovered. Respondent No.3 shall look into the matter in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order.
