Heard on I.A. No.1/2016, application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated, the application is allowed and the delay in filing the MCC is condoned.

Also heard on application for restoration of W.P. (S.) No. 2795/2016.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration, which is duly supported by an affidavit. In view of the same, the W.P.(S) No.2795/2016 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the application for restoration is allowed.
