1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the Order dated 08.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2240 of 2019.
2. The respondents have now filed a detailed reply and alongwith the reply, they have shown a document showing compliance of the direction given by this Court. The respondents have also enclosed the entire payments, which has been paid to the petitioner/applicant except
for a meagre amount of Rs. 20,000/- which could be released on account of certain formalities which had to be completed.
3. The State counsel even submits that the amount would be released at the moment when the petitioner/applicant completes the formalities that are required.
4. Given the said reply that the respondents have filed, this Court is satisfied that the order has been fully complied-with.
5. The contempt petition, accordingly stands disposed off. It is, however, made clear that, subject to the petitioner/applicant completing the formalities, the remaining amount, if any, should also be released promptly.
