1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 23-112015 passed by this Court in W.P.(S)No.4327/2015 has not been complied with in its letter and spirit.

2. One more opportunity is granted to the respondent Chief Conservator of Forests to comply the order dated 23-11-2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(S)No.4327/2015 in its letter and spirit, expeditiously.
