Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's appeal against termination from service has been dismissed and the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition and he may be allowed to move representation against order of dismissal before the competent authority / respondent No.1. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move representation against order of dismissal before respondent No.1 and the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law.
