1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in order to get the maintenance amount, petitioner herein moved an application before the family Court, Katghora on 10/04/2019 which is still pending consideration and has not been taken care of by the family Court.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length.

3. Be that as it may, learned family Court, Katghora is directed to consider and decide petitioner's application expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned family Court by e-mail/fax.
