Learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.2&3 submits that the impugned order dated 22.06.2019 (Annexure P/1) has been wrongly got issued by misreading the order passed by this court on 02.01.2019 in WPS No.2554 of 2017. He further submits that he has instructions to state that the impugned order dated 22.06.2019 would since been recalled by the authorities concerned.

2. Given the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the respondents No.2&3 nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition.
