1. Heard.

2. This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.118/2013, registered at Police Station Masturi District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468, 471, 120-B & 201 of IPC.

3. Considering the fact that after rejection of the first bail application of the applicants vide order dated 18.5.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2069 of 2016, one of the co-accused Ashok Singh has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the same Crime Number i.e. 118/2013 along with other Crime Numbers, vide comm on order dated 04.10.2016 passed in different M.Cr.Cs and for the fact that the said Ashok Singh was in jail since 23.3.2016, whereby, the applicants are in jail since 03.09.2015; and applicant No.1 is aged about 79 years, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
