Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court and the same may be adjudicated on the same day. As prayed, this bail application filed u/s 438 Cr.P.C., relating to Crime No.36/2015 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Raipur (C.G) is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the applicant, if so advised, may surrender and move regular bail application before the concerned Court and in the event of such an application being filed, the concerned Court shall consider and decide the same on merits, as early as possible, preferably on the same day.
