At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the petition, the petitioner has applied for consideration of his case for regularization on a lower post and he prays that at this stage, the petition may be disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider this limited prayer.

In view of what has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner, reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation for grant of regularization on a lower post, the petition, at this stage, is disposed off. In case petitioners' grievance is not redressed, it will be open for him to revive the petition.
