Heard on petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for restoration of Cr.M.P. No.1298/2016. For the reasons stated in the petition, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration, which is duly supported by an affidavit. In view of the same, order dated 29.11.2016, passed in Cr.M.P. No.1298/2016 is recalled and Cr.M.P. No.1298/2016 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is allowed.
