Shri D. Wankhede, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 12.10.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 20.09.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred from Jashpur to Gariyaband.

The primary ground challenging the impugned order is that only 8 months' service is left for his retirement as the petitioner would retire in

June, 2019 and as per the policy of the State Govt., the transfer would not be made of those employees who are going to retire in less than one year. 3.

Given the said fact, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard supported with all relevant documents within a period of 2 weeks from today and the respondents in turn shall reconsider the impugned order taking into consideration the circulars and the transfer policy of the State Govt. within a further period of 3 months thereafter. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Certified copy today.
