This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.145/2015, registered at Police Station-Ramanujganj, DistrictBalrampur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 376 & 506 of the IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 10.3.2016 in M.Cr.C.No.1259 of 2016. 3.

This second bail application has been filed on the strength of statements of the prosecutrix and her parents.

After going through the statements of the witnesses and material available on record, I do not find any ground to admit this second bail application as there is sufficient evidence brought on record by the prosecution.

Accordingly, this second bail application is dismissed at the motion stage itself.
