1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite performing his duty sincerely and regularly, the petitioner has been transferred by impugned order dated 23/11/2021 which deserves to be set aside as the petitioner suffered from COVID19 and he has not fully recovered and further he is on election duty, therefore, his transfer order be set aside.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to move representation before respondent No. 4 within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order which will be considered and decided by respondent No. 4 within further three weeks in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Till then, the effect and operation of the impugned order of petitioner's transfer dated 23/11/2021 shall remain stayed.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
