The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.10.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Balrampur to District Sukma on administrative ground.

The challenge is on the ground that the impugned order has been passed only to accommodate the respondent N. 4.

From perusal of record it appears that the petitioner prior to his being sent to Balrampur, in August, 2017 was posted in the same area at Narayanpur and it is less then a years period that the petitioner has again been sent to the same area without there being any administrative exigency as such. It appears that the said order has been passed only to accommodate the respondent No.4.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 supported with all relevant documents particularly in respect of his earlier employment is concerned within a period of four weeks from today and on such representation being made, the respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same objectively preferably within period of three months thereafter.

Till the representation is decided, the impugned order dated 04.10.2018 so far as petitioner is concerned shall not be acted upon. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy Judge inder
