Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation for consideration on posting order of Raipur Division (E Cadre) to Raipur Division (T Cadre) before the respondent No.2, which has been not considered by the respondent No.2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose off the representation of the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
