1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that for the crop damage the petitioners were duly ensured under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Yojna but respondent authorities have not paid the sum insured to the petitioners.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make representation before respondent No.1 for redressal of their grievances who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of the petitioners' case strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally dispose of. No order as to cost(s).
