This is second bail application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 143 of 2016, registered at Police Station Bemetara, District Bemetara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the IPC. 2.

Earlier first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 9-5-2016 and the applicant is still at large.

Considering the fact that earlier first bail application was dismissed on 9-52016 and no liberty was granted to the applicant to repeat the same, I do not find any change of circumstances to reconsider the second bail petition.
