Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been promoted since 2017 for which, he had moved representation to the respondent authorities on 07/10/2021 but till date, the same has not been considered and decided.

Be that as it may, the competent authorities are directed to consider

and decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition is finally disposed off. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
