Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been transferred from Middle School, Bagada, District - Surajpur to the office of District Education Officer, Koriya whereas, he is working on the post of Teacher LB (T) and he has suffered hip joint replacement, therefore, he is entitled to work in the present place of posting and he may be allowed to make representation to respondent No.1.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may make representation to respondent No.1 within 1 week from today highlighting his grievances, thereafter, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide his representation within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For a period of four weeks, the petitioner shall not be relieved, if not already relieved.
