The present petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 1150 of 2015 which has been dismissed for not curing the default as pointed out by the Registry, by virtue of peremptory order dated 11.7.2016 passed by this Court.

For the reasons assigned therein and finding them to be satisfactory, the present petition is allowed.

Consequently, the Criminal Revision No. 1150 of 2015 stands restored to its original number, subject to the Petitioner removing the default within further extended period of two weeks starting from today. 4.

In case the default is not removed, the effect of this order would loose its efficacy.
