1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that subsequent to the notice being issued by this court, the respondents realizing their mistake, have purged the contempt to the extent that the subsequent action of terminating the services of the petitioner vide order dated 04.07.2017 has been withdrawn/cancelled and the status of the petitioner has been restored back to the stage it stood on the date the interim order was passed by this court on 13.06.2017 treating him to be in employment and staying the entire further disciplinary proceeding.

2. In view of the above submission made by the respondents and considering the reply filed by them, this court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in this contempt petition.The same is accordingly closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
