This is an office note based on the request letter dated 03.10.2018, arising out of the order dated 22.06.2018 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 4336 of 2018, made by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur through the District and Sessions Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) for extension of time for disposal of the pending Criminal Case No. 1177 of 2016 (State v. Mohd. Usama @ Osama & Ors).

As prayed for, further 45 days time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 22.06.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4336 of 2018 and to dispose of the Criminal Case No. 1177 of 2016 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The M.C.C. is accordingly disposed of.
