1) The present appeal i.e. CRA No.1590 of 2021 and previously filed appeal CRA No.1544 of 2021 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 02.09.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, First Fast Track Special Court, Raipur, C.G. in Special Criminal Case No.271/2017. Previously filed appeal i.e. CRA No.1544 of 2021 has been preferred by the same appellant namely Nimeshwar Yadav @ Chhotu through his counsel. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal i.e. CRA No. 1590 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.
