Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, Advocate S.B.:Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 07/12/2017 Heard.

1.

The petitioners have filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of order dated 16.01.2017 passed in WPS No.187 of 2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the spirit of the order of this Court required the respondents to relieve without there being any option to consider cancellation or variation.

3.

The order passed by this Court has been understood in the manner that the respondent had an option either to cancel, vary or keep in abeyance. Irrespective of the merits of the case of the petitioners, I do not think that it is a matter of contempt. Therefore, the contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the cancellation order on its own merit. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Rekha
